About Elite Sourcing
Who We Are
I'm Jodie, a mum of two gorgeous children which are my drive and motivation to succeed within Elite Sourcing. I don't have the luxury to full back on a full time salary if roles aren't filled by taking my foot off the gas. So be rest assured, if you're working with me and Elite Sourcing, you'll have commitment, passion and a solid interest in finding the right candidates for your business
After spending 15 years within a Recruitment Agency environment, I found it was becoming more about KPI's and number crunching and less about offering clients and candidates a positive experience during their recruitment process. With this in mind, I decided to set up my own independent agency which offered a better work/life balance for me and my family but also the opportunity to work the way I want; offering a more consultative and personal approach to clients & candidates.
Having worked across a variety of sectors and industries, I pride myself in my ability to adapt to meet clients needs and processes while offering support and advice to get to the mutual goal: finding the right hire for your company. Taking the time to get a strong insight into what works, what doesn't and everything in between.
OUR PROCESS
- Meet with client, either face to face if local or virtually. Obtain a full understanding of the role and team dynamics.
- Advertise role on all major job boards. Start outbound searches via various methods.
- Match skillset on canddiate database
- Conduct a full screening process with suitable candidates to gain a thorough understanding of their experience, knowledge and personality.
- Send CV’s to Hiring Manager to review
- Arrange interviews and conduct pre interview calls with candidates to ensure they're fully committed
- Take detailed, honest feedback following interviews to pass back to client
- Offer stage
OUR MISSION
Hiring the wrong candidate can be costly but also time consuming; taking hiring managers away from their daily responsibilities, creating a knock on effect to other teams members and departments. At Elite Sourcing, my mission is to take the stress out of the recruitment process. I'm passionate about finding strong candidates who are compatible with not only the job specifications but the team & company dynamics to ensure long term employment & career growth throughout their tenure.
Throughout my career, I've always preferred the Client Management side of recruitment and aim to make long term, stable relationships where I can become an extension of your business to ensure I know exactly what you're looking for when you have a vacancy. I've created a business where I can provide solid support to clients and not spread myself too thin purely for the sake of hitting a KPI.

Our terms of business vary from client to client and can be negotiable depending on a number of factors. We try to be as competitive as possible while maintaining the right value for the service and commitment you'll receive. Please get in touch using the form below to discuss further.
With over 15 years experience, we have covered most industries including Engineering, IT, FMCG & Secretarial. we feel with a strong brief and good understanding of the role, recruitment can be adapted to fit any industry
If you are looking to recruit and would like more information about our services, please get in touch by phone or email and we will respond to you as quickly as we can.
We are so confident that we can accurately satisfy your recruitment requirements that, on the very rare occasions our candidate does not prove suitable, we will have a rebate period in place agreed with you in advance
If you are suitable for a live role, we will go through a full screening process with you; either via Teams or over the phone. This can last up to 20 minutes so if it isn't a convenient time for you to talk during the first initial contact, we will schedule a call to go through everything. If we both agree that you will be sent forward for the position, we will ask you to validate your identity and right to work in the UK. These are legal requirements. We will ask to see a copy of your passport, visa (if applicable) and proof of address. Ensuring our compliance with legislation is vital to securing you a new role.
To the candidates, no! The fee is reclaimed by the client upon successful placement and start date.
For clients, engaging with Elite Sourcing is free, we agree terms and fee's ahead of any CVs being sent across to you and you will only be charged once a successful candidate has started with you.
